4 Series Slotted Hinge

4 Series Slotted Hinge is a high strength hinge used for attaching doors, panels, flaps, and access covers to SlotPro aluminium profiles. This SlotPro 4 Series Slotted Hinge is made from black powder coated zinc die-cast wings with a stainless steel pin, making it suitable for machine frames, guarding, and modular assemblies.

The 4 Series Slotted Hinge is commonly used on 4 Series SlotPro extrusions where a strong, reliable hinge point is required. The slotted design allows the hinge to be mounted directly into the profile slots using M8 roll in slot nuts and cap screws.

Installation Tip:
Attach the hinge to the first profile using M8 x 16 screws and threaded T-nuts. Align the second profile and fasten the other side of the hinge. Check for smooth swing clearance and tighten with a 5mm hex key.
