4 Series External Joiner Plate

4 Series External Joiner Plate is a slim stainless steel plate designed to connect two SlotPro 4 Series aluminium profiles externally. It provides a strong inline connection for extending frame sections or adding support across aluminium extrusion structures.

4 Series External Joiner Plate suits 4 Series SlotPro extrusion frames where a clean external join is preferred. It requires no milling and can be installed, repositioned, or reused with standard M8 SlotPro fixings.

Fixings Required:
• 2 x 3.04.R.SP8, 4 Series M8 Roll In Slot Nut with Spring
• 2 x CHM8016, M8 x 16 Cap Screw
• 2 x WSM408, M8 Spring Washer

Installation Tip:
Fit the external joiner plate loosely to both profiles using the M8 roll in slot nuts, cap screws and spring washers. Align the frame sections accurately, then tighten the M8 fixings evenly to secure the join.
