4 Series 40mm Pivot Joint

4 Series 40mm Pivot Joint is a zinc die-cast pivot joint used to create an adjustable connection between two SlotPro aluminium profiles or panels. This 4 Series 40mm Pivot Joint is supplied with separate locating pins for 8mm and 10mm slots, making it suitable for a range of modular profile assemblies.

The 4 Series 40mm Pivot Joint can be tightened or loosened to adjust the movement of the joint, or fixed in one position when required. It provides a lightweight but sturdy external fastening method for 4 Series SlotPro frames, guards, panels, and adjustable structures.

Fixings Required for Side Mounting:
• 2 x 3.04.R.SP8, 4 Series M8 Roll In Slot Nut with Spring
• 2 x CHM8012, M8 x 12 Cap Screw

Fixings Required for End Mounting:
• 2 x 3.04.HRB.M8, 4 Series M14 to M8 Hole Reducer Bolt
• 2 x CHM8020, M8 x 20 Cap Screw

Installation Tip:
For side mounting, secure the joint using the M8 roll in slot nuts and M8 x 12 cap screws. For end mounting, use the M14 to M8 hole reducer bolts with M8 x 20 cap screws. Position the joint as required, check alignment, then tighten the fixings securely.
