The 2 Series Wing Hinge is a concealed hinge system designed to connect two aluminium profiles or panels with a hidden pivot point. It mounts inside SlotPro 2 Series profiles, creating a flush finish that’s tamper-resistant and ideal for secure enclosures.

When closed, the 2 Series Wing Hinge is fully hidden from the outside, enhancing both security and aesthetics. Once installed, one profile can swing open like a door or panel. This product includes the hinge body only – required hinge pin, cover caps, and fixings are sold separately.

Fixings Required to Make 1 Hinge:

  • 2 x 4.02.WH – Wing Hinge (this product)

  • 1 x 4.04.WHP – Wing Hinge Pin

  • 2 x 4.02.WHCC – Wing Hinge Cover Cap

  • 4 x 3.02.T.SP4 or 3.02.T.SP5 – T-Nut M4 or M5

  • 4 x M4 or M5 x 12 Countersink Screw

Installation Tip:
Install each wing hinge body inside the T-slot of the profile using countersink screws and SlotPro T-nuts. Insert the hinge pin, then fit the cover caps for a secure concealed finish. Check alignment and pivot swing before fully tightening.
