SlotPro ships throughout New Zealand. Delivery timeframes are indicative only and may vary depending on product availability, location, and courier schedules.

SlotPro is not liable for delays once an order has left our warehouse.

Freight charges are non-refundable. If free shipping was provided on an order that is later returned, the cost of outbound shipping may be deducted from any applicable refund.

6. Returns and Refunds

• Returns must be authorised within 7 days of dispatch for full credit.
• Handling charges apply for returns between 8–59 days.
• Goods are non-returnable after 60 days.
• Customised items (e.g. cut-to-length, milled, coated, or special-order panels) are non-returnable unless faulty.
