Returns Policy

We keep returns simple. To qualify for credit:

  • Returns Within 7 Days of Dispatch: Full credit will apply, provided the goods meet return eligibility criteria.
  • Returns Between 8โ€“28 Days of Dispatch: A 20% handling charge will apply.
  • Returns Between 29โ€“59 Days of Dispatch: A 50% handling charge will apply.
  • Returns After 60 Days: Goods are non-returnable.

Return Eligibility Criteria

  • Goods must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
  • Custom-cut lengths of SlotPro Profiles are strictly non-returnable.
  • Standard lengths of SlotPro Profiles (500mm, 1000mm, and 5800mm) are eligible for return, provided they are in unused and resalable condition.

Goods returned for credit require a Return Authority from SlotPro. Returns cannot be accepted without prior authorization.

Faulty Goods

We sure donโ€™t like faulty goods, and we stand by the quality of our products. SlotPro will accept faulty product returns and provide a replacement for the product, a refund, or a repair when the product is delivered faulty.

All faulty goods returns are at the discretion of SlotPro and are subject to availability. To enable us to evaluate your return, we may request the following:

  • The order number.
  • Your name and contact details.
  • A detailed description of the problem.
  • Photographic evidence if the item was damaged during transportation.

Additional Details

  • Freight Charges: All freight charges are non-refundable. Orders with free freight that are returned may incur charges for the outward freight of the original order. Return freight is the customerโ€™s responsibility.
  • SlotProโ€™s Liability: Liability is limited to the replacement cost of products supplied by SlotPro. Total liability will not exceed the price of the goods.
  • Refund Timelines: Once returned items are inspected and approved, refunds will be processed using your original payment method. Please allow 5โ€“10 business days for refunds to appear in your account, depending on your payment method.
