Returns Policy

We keep returns simple. To qualify for a credit or refund, the following conditions apply:

  • Returns Within 7 Days of Dispatch: Full credit will apply, provided the goods meet return eligibility criteria.
  • Returns Between 8โ€“28 Days of Dispatch: A 20% handling charge will apply.
  • Returns Between 29โ€“59 Days of Dispatch: A 50% handling charge will apply.
  • Returns After 60 Days: Goods are non-returnable.

All returns must be pre-approved with a Return Authority issued by SlotPro. Returns without authorisation cannot be accepted.

Return Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for return:

  • Goods must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
  • A valid proof of purchase is required.
  • Custom-cut, milled, anodised, powder-coated or otherwise modified profiles are strictly non-returnable.
  • Standard profile lengths (500mm, 1000mm, and 5800mm) are returnable if in unused, resalable condition.
  • Custom-cut panels or special-order items are also non-returnable unless faulty.

Faulty Goods

We stand behind our products and will accept returns of faulty goods in line with the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993. Faulty goods may be repaired, replaced, or refunded at our discretion and subject to stock availability.

To help us process a faulty goods return, we may request:

  • Your contact details
  • A clear description of the issue
  • Photos, particularly if the item was damaged in transit

Additional Information

  • Freight Charges: Freight is non-refundable. If an order qualified for free shipping but is returned, outbound shipping charges may be deducted from any refund. Return shipping is the customerโ€™s responsibility unless the return is due to a fault or our error.
  • Liability: SlotProโ€™s total liability is limited to the replacement cost of goods supplied. In all cases, total liability will not exceed the original purchase price of the product.
  • Refund Processing: Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method. Please allow 5โ€“10 business days for funds to appear, depending on your payment provider.
