3 Series 30mm Pivot Joint

3 Series 30mm Pivot Joint is a zinc die-cast pivot joint used to create an adjustable connection between two SlotPro aluminium profiles or panels. This 3 Series 30mm Pivot Joint includes separate locating pins for 6mm and 8mm slots, making it suitable for adjustable 3 Series profile assemblies.

The 3 Series 30mm Pivot Joint can be tightened or loosened to control the movement of the joint, or fixed in one position when required. It provides a lightweight but strong external fastening method for angled frames, pivoting arms, adjustable panels, and modular machine structures.

• 2 x 3.03.R.SP6, 3 Series M6 Roll In Slot Nut with Spring
• 2 x CHM6012, M6 x 12 Cap Screw

Fixings Required for End Mounting:
• 2 x 3.03.HRB.M6, 3 Series M12 to M6 Hole Reducer Bolt
• 2 x CHM6020, M6 x 20 Cap Screw

Installation Tip:
For side mounting, secure the pivot joint using the M6 roll in slot nuts and M6 x 12 cap screws. For end mounting, use the M12 to M6 hole reducer bolts with M6 x 20 cap screws. Position the joint at the required angle, check alignment, then tighten the fixings securely.
