1Guard 40 x 40 Mesh Clip is designed for securing 40 x 40mm aperture mesh to SlotPro aluminium T-slot profiles. It provides a strong, clean fixing method for machine guarding, modular fencing, safety surrounds, and industrial barrier systems.

1Guard 40 x 40 Mesh Clip is manufactured from galvanised steel for reliable use in demanding workshop and factory environments. It allows mesh panels to be fastened without welding or adhesives and can be ordered with or without fixings.

Installation Tip:
Position the mesh clip over the 40 x 40mm mesh and align it with the profile slot. Insert the M6 T nut into the aluminium profile, then secure the clip using an M6 x 20 cap screw. Check mesh alignment before final tightening.
