SlotPro is a modular aluminium T-slot system designed for building machine frames, guarding, workstations, and other custom structures.
Yes — our system is simple to assemble and requires only basic tools, such as a hex key, making it suitable for engineers, fabricators, and even DIY users.

Yes — we offer 2D and 3D CAD files for all profiles and accessories. Visit the CAD Library to download.
Our main profile options include 2, 3, and 4 Series. We also offer the 1Guard safety system and the Stair & Platform System — each with their own compatible components and accessories.
The 1Guard modular safety system complies with AS/NZS 4024.1 safety standard, the Australian and New Zealand standard for safety of machinery.
Yes — we provide in-house machining services including cut-to-length, tapped ends, and drilling of holes on SlotPro profiles and extrusions for custom assemblies or project requirements. Our precision cutting tolerance is less than 0.5mm.
We supply and ship to customers across New Zealand. All SlotPro orders are shipped promptly from our local warehouse.
SlotPro orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 business days. Shipping and Delivery times may vary based on location.

Yes. Select the pickup option at checkout to collect your order from our workshop. We’ll let you know when it’s ready.
You only need standard hex keys to assemble SlotPro. No welding, drilling, or specialised tools are required.
Many products have the option to include or exclude fixings. Check the dropdown menu on the product pages to see if fixings are included.
Yes. We offer custom cut lengths with a tolerance of <0.5mm and a maximum length of 5800mm. Just include your required lengths when placing an order or requesting a quote.
Yes. We can help with layout concepts, component selection, and CAD support. Contact us if you’d like assistance designing your build.
If no machining is required, you can use a 90 Degree Mill Free Connector or an Angle Bracket to connect profiles. If milling is selected, we offer five connector options: Standard Connector, 90 Degree Standard Connector, Universal Connector, Mitre Connector, and Oblique Connector.
Mill Free and Angle Bracket connectors are compatible with 2, 3, and 4 Series. All other connectors are compatible with 3 and 4 Series only.
